Our Elite teams compete in the highly competitive Elite Baseball League of Ontario (EBLO), and we are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable leaders who are passionate about player development, accountability, and fostering a positive team culture.
 

• Strong knowledge of the game and age-appropriate development

• Previous coaching and/or high-level playing experience

• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• A commitment to building competitive teams while prioritizing sportsmanship and athlete growth
