Important Update: Schedule Additions for the 2026 House League Season

Dear WMBA Families,

We are incredibly excited to share that interest in our 2026 House League program has exceeded all expectations. Registration numbers across multiple age divisions are at record highs, demonstrating just how strong the passion for baseball is within our Whitby community.

To ensure that every registered player has the opportunity to participate fully—while maintaining reasonable roster sizes and high‑quality game experiences—we will be expanding our playing schedule for the upcoming season.

New House League Playing Nights

To accommodate the increased number of teams, we are adding the following times to our regular weekly schedule:

• Friday Evenings
• Sunday Afternoons/Evenings

These additional time slots will allow us to create balanced schedules, maximize diamond availability, and maintain the level of organization and development our families expect.

What This Means for You

• Teams may be scheduled for games or practices on these new days throughout the season.
• Full division‑specific schedules will be shared closer to Opening Day.
• Our priority remains providing a fun, fair, and development‑focused baseball experience for all players.
